Mark Fleming

Mark began his career as a Music Publisher working at independent and major record labels in Hollywood and Toronto, 1997 at the beginning of the Internet boom he was recruited to come and work on Wall Street where he managed and provided financial research for a $168 million dollar company and supported a team of 20 traders, researching hundreds of companies and providing real time news coverage on stock positions for a busy NASDAQ/OTC trading desk.

In 2002 He made the move into the non-profit sector where his first position was as Research Director at The United Way of New York City. In that position he conducted research to identify and qualify prospective individual, corporate and foundation donors for funding priorities. Working closely with major gift officers he crafted strategies that resulted in raising million dollar gifts.

Since then he has worked as a consultant at a variety of non-profits such as Jazz at Lincoln Center. Before joining SupeRoleModels he was Director of Business Development at a digital agency Good vs Evil.
His research based methodology has proven effective in a variety of business sectors and fundraising campaigns.He specializes in strategy, communication and is an original out of the box thinker.
