As a non-profit, our mission is to stop the stigma of addictions and mental illnesses and integrate meditation and yoga in the service of creating a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

WHAT WE DO:

We provide individual and group consultations, workshops, and events that help everyone become empowered on their path, integrating meditation and yoga in addiction recovery and mental illness healing sessions.
We support research on the behavioral causes, consequences, prevention, and treatment of drug abuse and addictions.
